Purchasers have two choices for creating proposals for health care services on OHM: create your own (free), or use a template and guidance (fee-based). To create your own simply register on OHM and create/publish your RFP. However, the preferred route to take is to work with our partner ACAP Health, a health care management consulting company. ACAP Health has been working with OHM staff to create a set of robust templates to gather detailed quality information from providers based on type of service, used to expedite the RFP process. ACAP Health will work with you with determining where your health care spend is excessive, then to gather provider quality information and ultimately manage your proposal-to-contract process.
