Dr. Conard has over two decades of experience as a medical doctor, business executive, physician leader, and medical researcher committed to creating high performance and value creating teams and organizations in healthcare. Throughout his career he’s been committed to being a leader and contributor in transforming healthcare into a patient oriented, physician directed, integrated accountable care system with aligned incentives for governmental, insurance, pharmaceutical, device, institutional, and clinical providers. As the father of four children, Dr. Conard is highly focused on developing a high value US healthcare system that is affordable and sustainable so they have a bright future as they have and raise their families.
